Kirsten Rowe, FNP-BC, is a family nurse practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience and a passion for personalized, relationship-based care. Through Vitality, she is building a practice centered on prevention, wellness, and helping patients better understand their health. Her approach combines evidence-based medicine with practical lifestyle support, thoughtful listening, and care plans tailored to each patient’s goals.
